In the unlikely event the parcel becomes damaged during shipping, simply return it to us as is and we will replace it for you at no charge.  The Castlebay Music Online Store will not accept returns for refund or exchange under any other circumstances.

All applicable taxes are already incorporated into the price of items sold in the Castlebay Music Online Store.  No additional tax will be added.

Regular groung shipping is $4.00 CAN.

Air mail is $6.50 CAN. Shipping rates for videos and International orders are $8.00.

If higher rates are incurred, you will be e-mailed for permission to charge your credit card for the extra shipping costs.
